New Delhi, the 25th July, 2018
S.O. 3674(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956
(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed
hereto as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the
date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in mentioned in
column (4), (5), (6) & (7) respectively of the said schedule for acquisition of land in respect of the said schedule for
building (widening, 4/6 laning including bypasses) maintenance, management & operation of NH-965 in the State of
Maharashtra.
