said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the
stretch of land from Km. 171 to Km. 210.600 of the NH-173 at Junction of NH-13(New NH-369 at Holalkere)
and the stretch from Km 452.250 to 422.000 of NH-13(New NH-369 at Junction of NH-48) for building
