New Delhi, the 12 th January, 2018
S.O. 206(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of
the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 3521(E) dated the 3rd
November, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section3, Sub-section (ii) dated 3rd
November, 2017 namely:-
In the Schedule to the said Notification.
(1) Against Sr.No.1, relating to “Stretch of land”, under column (3),for the entry “ From Design
Ch.58+460(Ex.Ch.50+220 Around on Suryapet- Khammam Road) to Design Ch.162+047
(Ex. Ch. 95+468 on Khammam- Aswaraopet Section)”, the entry “From Design
Ch.58+460(Ex.Ch.50+220 Around on Suryapet- Khammam Road) to Design Ch.162+400
(Ex. Ch. 95+468 on Khammam- Aswaraopet Section)” shall be substituted;
