New Delhi, the 20th November, 2017
S.O. 3659 (E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956
(48 of 1956) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of
India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 2241(E) dated the 14th July, 2017, published in the
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section3, Sub-section (ii) dated 14th July, 2017 namely:—
In the Schedule to the said Notification.
(1) Against Sr.No.1, relating to Competent Authority, under column (2), for the entry “राज?व मंडल
काया(cid:15)लय, सूया(cid:15)पेट” the entry “राज?व मंडल अिधकारी, सूया(cid:15)पेट” shall be substituted in Hindi version.
(2) Against Sr.No.2, relating to District “Khammam”, Taluk “1.Kusumanchi”, Police Station
“Kusumanchi”, under column (7), for the entry “(5) Jeellacheruvu”, the entry “(5) Nelapatla, (6)
Jeellacheruvu, (7) Munigepally shall be substituted.
