New Delhi, the 21st December, 2018
S.O. 6256(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (A) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956
(48 of 1956) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of
India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O.5712 (E) dated the 12th November, 2018, published
in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section3, Sub-section (ii) dated 12th November, 2018 namely :-
Against Schedule, relating to "Brief Description of the land to be acquired with or without structures falling in
the stretch of Khammam-Devarapalli Green field National Highway No. No Yet to be Assigned in the district of
KHAMMAM (Office of District Collector Eluru) in the state of TELANGANA"
for the entry "( Office of District Collector, Eluru) in the state of TELANGANA", the entry "(Office of District
Collector, KHAMMAM) in the state of TELANGANA" shall be substituted.
