New Delhi, the 25th June, 2019
S.O. 2184(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government
of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O.4249(E) dated 31 August, 2018 published in the
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), of dated 31 August, 2018 namely. In the schedule to
said notification, against serial number 2, before column no. 3 relating to Competent Authority & Dy. Collector, the new
entry "Competent Authority & Prant Officer, Borsad" shall be inserted in column no.2.
