S.O. 500(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48
of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes Officers mention in Column 2 Land Of the Schedule annexed here
to as the Competent Authorities to Perform the Functions of Such Authorities Under Said Act With effect from the date
of Publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the Stretch of Land Specified in the corresponding
in entry in column 2 of the said Schedule relating to District, Taluk , Polic Station and Village Mention in Column 4, 5 &
6 respectively of the Said Schedule for Building (Widening/Four-laning etc.) Maintainance, Management and operation
of the National Highway No. 353(I) in the State of Maharashtra.
