S.O. 3128(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956
(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed
hereto as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the
date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land of NH-4B (A1-E section
from km 3.600 to km 27.270) New NH 348, NH 4B (D-G Section from km 0.000 to km. 4.462) New NH- 548, SH-54
(from km 5.300 to km 14.850) and Amra Marg (from km 0.000 to km 6.200) New NH-348A for building
(widening/Six- Eight laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of JNPT Port Road Connectivity Project on
