NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th July, 2018
SO. 3493(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification
of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 1315(E), dated the
21st March, 2018 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3 sub-section (ii) dated the
22nd March, 2018 namely:—
In the said notification:—
Shall be read as “NH80 in the stretch of land from Km 132.530 to Km. 132.685 (Bhagalpur bypass
Section) in the district of Bhagalpur in the State of Bihar” instead of “NH80 in the stretch of land from
Km 132.53 to Km. 132.685 (District land acquisition office court compound, collecteriate Bhagalpur) in the
district of Bhagalpur in the State of Bihar.
In the schedule to the said notification:—
Shall be read as “NH80 in the stretch of land from Km. 132.530 to Km. 132.685 (Bhagalpur bypass
Section) in the district of Bhagalpur in the State of Bihar” instead of “NH80 in the stretch of land from
Km 132.53 to Km. 132.685 (District land acquisition office court compound, collecteriate Bhagalpur) in the
district of Bhagalpur in the State of Bihar”.
Nature of land in column (7) shall be read as “Mango garden” instead of “Dry (Mango Garden)”.
