S.O. 1379(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) of section 20
of the Control of National Highways (Land and Traffic) Act, 2002 (13 of 2003) and with the approval of the Central
Government, the Highway Administration hereby appoints the officers of General Reserve Engineer Force, specified
under column (2) of the following table, to exercise the powers and discharge the functions conferred on it under
sections 24, 25, 26, 27 and section 43 of the said Act, within the limits of jurisdiction, in respect of the National
Highways, as specified in the corresponding entry under column (3) of the said table, namely: -
