S.O. 974(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by section 20 of the Control of National Highways (Land and
Traffic) Act, 2002 (13 of 2003), the Highway Administration, with the approval of the Central Government, hereby
appoints the Chief Engineer (National Highway) of the Public Works Department of the State Government of Himachal
Pradesh specified under column (2) of the Table below, to exercise the powers and discharge the functions conferred on it
under sections 24, 25, 26, 27 and 43 of the said Act, within the limits of jurisdiction specified in the corresponding entry
under column (3) of the said Table, namely:—
