S.O. 321(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of FT (D&R) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02
and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends
Policy Condition of Nicotinic Acid & Nicotinamide (Niacinamide/niacin) under HS Code 29362920 of ITC (HS) 2017,
Schedule – I (Import Policy) as under:

2. Effect of this Notification: Till now, import of Nicotinic Acid & Nicotinamide (Niacinamide/niacin) was 'Free'
subject to No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Narcotics Commissioner, Gwalior, before import of the item. For import
of Nicotinic Acid &Nicotinamide (Niacinamide/niacin, this Policy Condition is being removed with immediate effect.
This issues with the approval of Minister of Commerce & Industry.
