Subject: Corrigendum to Notification S.O. 4540(E), dated the 18th December, 2019.
S.O. 4604(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development and
Regulation) Act, 1992 (22 of 1992), read with paragraphs 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, the
Central Government hereby notifies corrigendum to the Notification S.O. 4540(E), dated the 18th December, 2019 as
under:-
(i) In Column No. 1 (Exim Code), the Exim Code 0713 31 90 is rectified to be read as “0713 31 10”.
(ii) In Column No. 2 (Item Description), the description “Urad (Beans of the SPP Vigna Radiata (L.)
Wilczek)” is rectified to be read as “Urad (Beans of the SPP Vigna Mungo (L.) Hepper)”.
2. This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
