(1) These rules may be called the Metro Railways (Carriage and Ticket) Amendment Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Metro Railways (Carriage and Ticket) Rules, 2014, in rule 4, in sub-rule (2), after clause (g), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:- Provided that a person duly authorised in this behalf by a hospital registered under the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994 (42 of 1994), may take along, human organs or tissue or both, for the purpose of organ or tissue transplant.
