NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th June, 2016
F. No. ADM/REC/42/2015/08020.—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 33 of the Agricultural &
Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985 (2 of 1986), the Agricultural & Processed Food
Products Export Development Authority, with the previous sanction of Central Government, hereby amend the Agricultural
& Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Regulations-1999 in the following manner namely:—
1.(cid:32) (1) These regulations may be called the Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority
(Amendment) Regulations-2016.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
