NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th November, 2015
No. CWC/XIV-4/Rectt.—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 42 of the Warehousing
Corporations Act, 1962 (58 of 1962), the Central Warehousing Corporation, with the previous sanction of the
Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Central Warehousing
Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1986, namely :—
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Central Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Amendment,
Regulations, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Central Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1986, in regulation 52, for sub-
regulation (iii), the following sub-regulation shall be substituted, namely:—
‘‘(iii) Every employees of the Corporation shall report to the Competent Authority each
transaction in respect of movable property made either in his own name or in the name of any
member of his family within one month from the date of completion of such transaction, if the
value of such property exceeds two months basic pay of the employee.’’
