1. (1) इन िविनयम(cid:29) का संि45 नाम के(cid:14)(cid:15)ीय भंडारण िनगम (कम&चारीवृंद) (संशोधन) िविनयम, 2015 ह ै।

(2) ये राजप7 म 8 (cid:24)काशन क(cid:19) तारीख को (cid:24)वृ(cid:25) ह(cid:29)गे ।

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th December, 2015 No. CWC/XIV-4/Rectt.—In exercise of powers conferred by section 42 of the Warehousing Corporations Act,1962 (58 of 1962), the Central Warehousing Corporation, with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Central Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Regulations,1986,

namely:-

1. (1) These regulations may be called the Central Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Amendment, Regulations, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Central Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1986, in Appendix-II, under the heading “ISOLATED CADRE”, in column 1 for serial number 1 relating to the post of Chief Vigilance Officer and the enbtries relating thereto in columns 2 to 11, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:- Sl.
