NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 18th December, 2019 No. CWC/XIV-4/Rectt.—In exercise of powers conferred by section 42 of the Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962 (58 of 1962), the Central Warehousing Corporation, with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Central Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Regulations,1986, namely:—

1. (1) These regulations may be called the Central Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Amendment Regulations, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC. 4]

2. In the Central Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1986, in Appendix-II-

(a) under the heading “General Management Cadre”:-

Note 2: The Departmental Promotion Committee shall adopt the method of selection by prescribing 80% weightage of Annual Performance Report grading by following prescribed bench mark and 20% weightage for interview.

Officers from All India Services or Central Services (Group ‘A’) or Central Secretariat Services (Group ‘A’) working in the post in level -13 (Rs. 1,23,100 - 2,15,900) in the pay matrix with three years experience in the field of programming, software development or system development in an Industrial environment with exposure to planning and implementation of computerised systems and procedure, management of networks and its maintenance including hardware infrastructure development for appropriate Information Technology Policies; or Officers of the public sector undertakings at General Manager level working in the pay scale of Rs. 1,00,000-2,60,000/ (Industrial Dearness Allowance) with three years¹Hkkx IIIµ[k.M 4º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 5 experience in the field of programming, software development or system development in an Industrial environment with exposure to planning and implementation of computerised systems and procedure, management of networks and its maintenance including hardware infrastructure development for appropriate Information Technology Policies.
