S.O. 2725(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment, with immediate effect, in Chapter 10 of Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export & Import Items relating to export of rice: 2. The existing entries against Sl. No. 55, 56 & 58 of Chapter 10 of Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export & Import Items are replaced as under: Chapter 10 Cereals Note 1 Export of wild variety of wheat and paddy seed is restricted.
