O.N. 46(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation
of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby appoints, in addition to the
officers appointed by its Notification No. 434/UP-HP/2014(1), dated 19th February, 2014, as amended from
time to time, each of the officers of the Government of Uttar Pradesh as specified in column (2) of the table
below as Assistant Returning Officer to assist the Returning Officer of the Parliamentary Constituency in the
State of Uttar Pradesh as specified in column (1) of the said table against such officers of the Government in
counting of votes during the ongoing Bye election to the Lok Sabha in the Uttar Pradesh State:-
