S.O. 265(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, herebyभाग II खण् ड (ii) भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
makes the following amendment in the notification, of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Road
Transport and Highways, number S.O. 5424(E) dated the 25th October 2018 published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely :-
1) The entry made in page No. 28, Sl. No. 18, “Survey / Plot Number” “RS 490/1032” shall be read as
“RS 489/1032”.
2) The entry made in page No. 28, Sl. No. 22, “Survey / Plot Number” “RS 499/1029” shall be read as
“RS 490/1029”.
3) The entry made in page No. 32, Sl. No. 4, “Survey / Plot Number” “RS 872/1716” shall be read as
“RS 872/1719”.
4) The entry made in page No. 33, Sl. No. 42, “Survey / Plot Number” “RS 806/1633” shall be read as
