S.O. 3847(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the
Goverment of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 1952 (E) , dated the 16th May 2018
published in the Gazette of india, Extraordinary, Part- II, Section 3 Sub-Section (ii) dated the 17 th May 2018 namely :-
