S.O. 4370(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Jan Vishwas
(Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2023 (18 of 2023), the Central Government hereby appoints the 06th day
of October, 2023 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act, in so far as it relates to amendments in
The Metro Railways (Operation and Maintenance) Act, 2002 (60 of 2002) specified against serial number
33 of the Schedule to the said Act, shall come into force.
