NEW Delhi, the 17th July, 2018
S.O. 3492(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 3A of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby
makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road
Transport & Highways, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii)
vide S.O. 89(E), dated, the 05th January, 2018 namely :—
In the description of Column No. 6 of the Schedule in English of the notification No. 89(E), dated
05.01.2018, the nature of land shall be read as follows :—
