NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th April, 2016
S.O. 1314(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the
Government of India, in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 1287(E) dated the 14th May 2015,
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii) dated 14th May 2015, namely:-
In the schedule (English & Hindi version) of the aforesaid notification at page no. 10 of English and page no. 3
of Hindi version against serial no. 1 under column 4, for the entry “Uttar Bhuskhadanga, J.L. No. 67, LR Sheet No. 2”,
the entry “Uttar Bhuskhadanga, J.L. No. 67, LR Sheet No. 3”) shall be substituted.
(ii) At page no. 14 of English and page no. 7 of Hindi version against serial no. 1 to 7 under column 4, for the
entry “Birpara Tea Garden, J.L. No. 9, Sheet No. 5 (LR)”, the entry “Birpara Tea Garden, J.L. No. 9, Sheet No. 5 (RS)”
shall be substituted.
(iii) At page no. 15 of English and page no. 8 of Hindi version against serial no. 3 under column 5, for the
entry “ 332”, the entry “932” shall be substituted.
Any person interested in the said land mentioned in this notification may, within Twenty one days from the date
of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under
sub-section (1) of section 3C of the said Act;
