Section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Central Government
hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the
Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, number S.O. 3330(E) dated 17th September 2019
namely:-
In the said Notification, against serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following entry
shall be substituted, namely:-
