Short title and commencement:- (i) These Regulations may be called the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Recruitment, Control and Service Conditions of Staff) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations, 2021. (ii) These Regulations shall come into effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. He must be able to maintain log books and records. Age limits: The age of the applicant should be between 18 and 25 years as on the date of advertisement of the vacancies. However, usual age relaxation will be admissible to SC/ST/OBC, etc. as per Government Orders in force.” 5.
