F.No. 18/87/AM-19/P-5.—In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade
Policy(FTP) 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in Appendix 5F
(List of Capital Goods not permitted/permitted for import subject to specific conditions under the EPCG Scheme) of the
FTP 2015-20, notified vide DGFT’s Public Notice No.47/2015-20 dated 06.12.2017:
After Serial No.12, the following is added:
13. Pre-fabricated Polyurethane foam (PUF) Permitted for use in (i) Chilled Rooms and (ii) Cold Storages,
panels/doors set up by the Processing units for storage of pre-frozen and
frozen marine products respectively, meant for exports under
EPCG Scheme
14 Furniture and fixtures, flooring materials and Permitted for hospitals
furnishing materials
