S.O. 537(E).—In Exercise of the power conferred by clause (37A) of section 2 of the Railway’s Act-
1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby notifies “Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor Project from Palwal
to Sonipat via Sohna, Manesar and Kharkhoda” New Broad Gauge Double Rail Line as a Special Railway
Project for acquisition of land in Haryana for providing National infrastructure for a public purpose with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette.
