S.O. 2003 (E).— In Exercise of the power conferred by clause (37A) of section 2 of the Railway’s Act-1989 (24
of 1989), the Central Government hereby notifies Chandigarh-Baddi New Broad Gauge Rail Line Project as a Special
Railway Project for acquisition of balance land 76.67 Hectare (29.31 Hectare in Solan District and 47.36 Hectare in
Panchkula District in the state of Himachal Pradesh & Haryana respectively) for providing National infrastructure for
a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette.
