NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th November, 2020
S.O.4064(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of The Railways
(Amendment) Act-2008, the Central Government hereby notifies the Project of ―Salarpur-Development as freight
terminal station‖ as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of 12.00 hectare land, having length of 2.80 Km
between Faizabad Junction – Salarpur Station in Ayodhya District in the State of Uttar Pradesh, for providing national
infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
