S.O. 3504(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorize Land Acquisition Officer, Mandi
as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the
date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 95/00¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3(ii)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3
to Km. 140/00 of the National Highway No. 88 (New NH 103) for building (widening/four-laning, etc.),
maintenance, management and operation in the State of Himachal Pradesh as specified in the Schedule given
below.
