Short Title and Commencement.—(1) This Order may be called the Tea Waste (Control) Amendment Order, 2018. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] 2. In the Tea Waste (Control) Order, 1959, (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), in clause 8, in sub-clause (1), for the words, figures and letters “up to the 31st December next following”, the words, figures and letters “upto the 31st December of the third year following the year in which it is renewed” shall be substituted. 3. In the said Order, in clause 18, for the words “shall be one Hundred Rupees and for its renewal Fifty Rupees”, the words “or renewal thereof shall be rupees three thousand three hundred” shall be substituted. 4. In the said Order, for Form A, the following Form shall be substituted, namely:- “FORM A Form of application for licence (See clause 5) To; The Licensing Authority, Tea Board.
