S.O. 6478(E).—In exercise of the power conferred upon me under Section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962, I, Manish
Chandra, Commissioner of Customs (Port), Kolkata, do hereby notify the area, within the jurisdictional limits of Kolkata
Port Trust, described in the schedule below as “Çustoms Area” for the purpose of loading of export and unloading of
import cargo.
2. Further, in exercise of the power conferred upon me under Section 10 of the Customs Act, 1962, I, Manish
Chandra, do hereby notify the area within the jurisdictional limits of Kolkata Port Trust, described in the schedule below
as a Boarding Station for the purpose of boarding of, or disembarkation from, vessels by officers of Customs.
SCHEDULE
