S. O. 647 (E).—In exercise of the powers coferred by clause (e) of Sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the
Oil Industry (Development) Act, 1974 (47 of 1974), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Sanjiv
Mittal, IDAS (1984) as Secretary (JS level), Oil Industry Development Board (OIDB) under the Ministry of
Petroleum & Natural Gas in the pay scale of Rs.37,400-67,000/- (PB-4) plus Grade Pay of Rs.10,000/- on
deputation basis for a period of overall seven years tenure at the Centre i.e. up to 06.03.2018 from the date of
assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
