New Delhi, the 15th November, 2017
S.O. 3595(E).— In exercise of the powers concerned by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highway Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the officer mentioned in column (2) of the schedule
annexed hereto as the competent authorities to perform the function of such authorities under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 263.400
to Km. 264.600 of National Highway No. 78 (New NH-43) for construction of 2 lane ROB in lieu of level crossing
No. AB-27 in the State of Chhattisgarh as specified in the Schedule given below.
