NOTIFICATION
Jaipur, the 31st December 2019
S.O. 57(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways
Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2)
of the Table below as ‘competent authority’ to perfom the functions as such authority under the said Act
with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette in respect of the Special
Railway Project of Construction of Dedicated Test Track for Testing and Trial of Rolling Stocks and
Infrastructure Component bet. Gudha & Thathana Mithri Stations in Jodhpur Division in the state of
Rajasthan relating to sub-division mentioned in column (3), Districts mentioned in Column (4) of the said
Table for the public purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of such Special
Railway Project.
