New Delhi, the 14th September, 2016
S.O. 2942(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) the Central Government in supersession of notification S.O. 3556(E) dated
31.12.2015, hereby authorize the Shri S. P. Singnapurkar, Special Land Acquisition Officer NHS-Goa as the
Competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the National Highway No. 17 (New 66)
Project in the State of Goa in the Schedule as given below:
