ORDER
New Delhi, the 29th November, 2018
S.O. 5858(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 340 of the Constitution, the tenure of
the Commission for Other Backward Classes to examine sub-categorisation of Other Backward Classes
constituted vide Order notified vide S.O.3210(E) dated 2nd October, 2017 in the Gazette of India shall stand
extended for six months beyond 30th November, 2018 and till 31st May, 2019.
2. The Commission shall present its Report by 31st May, 2019.
