(ii) लो.जन.जव./स्ट्थानीय प्राजधकाररयों/भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमागग प्राजधकरण द्वारा जवजभन्न सड़कों के जलए जवजनर्ददष्ट
भार प्रजतबंधों का अनुपालन दकया जाएगा और यानों को प्रत्येक बार सड़कों पर लात े समय इन प्राजधकाररयों स े
अनुमजत ली जाएगी। सरु िा की दजृ ष्ट से रैलरों का प्रत्येक प्रचालन राज्य/सघं िाजसत प्रदेि/भारतीय राष्ट्रीय
राजमागग प्राजधकरण के संबंजधत पररवहन जवभाग द्वारा अनुमोददत दकया जाएगा और उसपर कड़ी जनगरानी रखी
जाएगी।
(iii) रांसपोटगर इस तरह के प्रजतबंधों का पालन करेगा जैसा दक राज्य / केंर िाजसत प्रदेि सरकार / भारतीय राष्ट्रीय
राजमागग प्राजधकरण इस संबंध में आदिे द्वारा जनर्ददष्ट कर सकता ह।ै
(iv) रांसपोटगर ऐसे यानों की प्रत्येक आवाजाही के संबंध में राज्य सरकार/भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमागग प्राजधकरण द्वारा
इस संबंध में जनर्ददष्ट प्राजधकरण या अजधकारी को कम से कम दस ददन पहले सूचना दगे ा।
(v) यदद ऐसा दकसी राज्य/संघ राज्य िेत्र/भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमागग प्राजधकरण के लोक जनमागण जवभाग द्वारा जनदेजित
दकया जाता ह,ै तो लोडेड यानों को उस राज्य/संघ राज्य िेत्र में सड़कों पर पुलों के ऊपर या नीचे से गुजरन े की
अनुमजत नहीं दी जाएगी और ऐसे मामलों में आवेदकों को नददयों/नालों को पार करने के जलए अपनी व्यवस्ट्था
स्ट्वयं करनी होगी।[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण 3
(vi) रांसपोटगर को बड़े आकार के कागो को देखते हुए, संबंजधत राज्य या केंर िाजसत प्रदेि प्राजधकरणों / भारतीय
राष्ट्रीय राजमाग ग प्राजधकरण से आग े बढ़ने से पहले अनुमजत प्रात क करन े की आवयकयकता होगी। ऐसे प्रत्येक
गमनागमन के जलए संबंजधत प्राजधकारी द्वारा समय जनधागररत दकया जाना चाजहए।
(vii) रांसपोटगर राज्य / केंर िाजसत प्रदेि / भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमागग प्राजधकरण या दकसी अन्द्य प्रभाजवत व्यजि को
ऐसी राजि का भुगतान करने के जलए उत्तरदायी होगा जहां सड़कों या सड़क संरचनाओं / अन्द्य सड़क
उपयोगकतागओं / व्यजि को प्रत्यि या अप्रत्यि रूप स ेकोई नुकसान रेलरों की आवाजाही के कारण होता ह।ै
(viii) सड़क की लंबाई के साथ रेलरों के युग्मन की अनुमजत केवल उपरोि आवाजाही के जलए होगी।
(ix) उि यानों का पररवहन, यातायात के सामान्द्य प्रवाह म ेंजबना दकसी बाधा के होना चाजहए।
(x) यान पर खतरे संबंधी सभी झंजडयां और बजत्तयां लगी होनी चाजहए, बेहतर यह होगा दक लद े यानों के आगे तथा
पीछे एक-एक यान स्ट्पष्ट रूप स ेयह दिागता हुआ चल ेदक भारी लदा हुआ वाहन गुजर रहा ह।ै
(xi) सड़क पर चलने के जलए रैलरों की अजधकतम गजत 10 दक.मी./घंटा से अजधक नहीं होनी चाजहए।
(xii) रैलरों की संपूण ग चड़ै ाई म ें अगल े एवं जपछल े जहस्ट्स े पर पील े एवं काल े रंग से जेबरा पट्टी बनाई जाएगी और उस
पर राजत्र के समय चलान े के जलए जवजधवत जलखा होना चाजहए/पार्ककग के जलए आग,े और पीछे समुजचत रूप स े
लाल बत्ती होनी चाजहए तथा ददन म ें दोंनों ओर लाल झण्डी लगाई जाएगी, जजससे यान की सही-सही जस्ट्थजत का
स्ट्पष्ट रूप से पता चल सके।
(xiii) रांसपोटगर यह सुजनजित करेगा दक उपरोि आवाजाही के दौरान उपयोग दकए जान े वाल े सभी यानों के संबंध म ें
रोड टैक्स का भगु तान दकया गया है, दफटनेस प्रमाण पत्र, बीमा कवर (ततृ ीय पि बीमा सजहत), राष्ट्रीय परजमट
और पीयूसी प्रात क दकया गया ह।ै
(xiv) प्रत्येक स्ट्टेटर के यातायात हते ु समायोजन में 2 प्राईम मूवर होंगे।
(xv) रेलरों और प्राइम मूवसग के रेजजस्ट्रीकरण प्रमाणपत्रों में कोई बदलाव नहीं दकया जाएगा क्योंदक वे पहले से ही
महाराष्ट्र, कनागटक और हररयाणा राज्य में रेजजस्ट्रीकृत ह।ैं
(xvi) दकसी यान (यानों) या अन्द्य रेजजस्ट्रीकृत स्ट्वाजमयों से प्रात क यान (यानों) के भाग से उत्पन्न होने वाले मुदे े की जस्ट्थजत
म,ें रांसपोटगर स्ट्वयं जजम्मेदार होगा।
(xvii) खेप के पररवहन के दौरान उत्पन्न होने वाली दकसी भी प्रकृजत का कोई भी मुदे ा, रांसपोटगर की जजम्मेदारी होगी।

New Delhi, the 3rd August, 2021
S.O. 3122(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 58 and sub-Section 3(a)
of Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government hereby accords approval for a period of 180
days from the issue of this notification for transportation of one ―Stator‖ from Sanand to Obra by road with maximum
safe laden weight/Gross Vehicles Weight and dimensions as mentioned in the schedule appended hereto.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]
SCHEDULE
1. M/s. NTC Logistics India Pvt. Ltd., Chennai is the transporter of M/s. GE Power for the aforesaid single
movement.
2. Two Prime Movers bearing registration KA01AJ9616 and KA01AJ9617 will be utilized in the above movement.
3. The following independently registered hydraulic Trailers will be utilized in the above movements:-

5. The above relaxation is subject to the conditions that :-
i. The specific route for transportation of the consignment will be from Sanand – Viramgam – Mehsana –
Palanpur – Pindwara - Mangalwad – Chittogarh – Bhilwara – Nasirabad – Kishangarh – Jaipur bypass –
Bharatpur – Dholpur – Gwalior – Shivpuri – Jhansi – Sagar – Narsinghpur – Seoni – KuraiGhat – Ramtek –
Nagpur bypass – Bhandara – Sakoli – Rajnandgaon – Durg – Bhilai – Raipur – Bilaspur – Ratanpur –
Katghora – Ambikapur – Wadraf Nagar – Renukoot – Obra.
ii. Load restrictions on various roads stipulated by the Public Works Department/Local Authorities/National
Highway Authority of India will be observed and permission of such authorities will be obtained before the
vehicles are put on the roads. Movement of the trailers will be approved and closely monitored by the
concerned road authorities in State/Union Territory/National Highway Authority of India from Safety point
of view.
iii. The transporter will observe such restrictions as the State/Union Territory Government/National Highway
Authority of India may by order specify in this behalf.
iv. The transporter will give intimation at least ten days in advance to such authority or officer specified in this
behalf by the State Government/National Highway Authority of India regarding each movement of such
vehicles.
v. If so directed by the Public works Department of a State/Union Territory/National Highway Authority of
India, the loaded vehicles will not be allowed to pass over or under the bridges on the roads in that
State/Union Territory and in such cases applicants will have to make their own arrangements to cross the
rivers/drains.
vi. The transporter would need to obtain permission before moving, from concerned State or union Territory
Authorities/National Highway Authority of India en-route, in view of the oversized cargo. For each such
movement, the timing should be prescribed by the concerned authority.
vii. The transporter would be liable to pay such amount to the Government of State/Union Territory/National
Highway Authority of India or any other affected person where any damage is caused to the roads or road

viii. Coupling of the trailers along the length of the road will be permissible only for above movements.
ix. The said vehicles should be moved without any hindrance to the normal flow of traffic.
x. The vehicles should display all danger flags and lights, the vehicles should be preceded and followed by a
vehicle displaying prominently that a heavy load is passing.
xi. The maximum speed of the trailers for movement on the road shall not exceed 10 km/hr.
xii. The trailers shall be painted for the entire width by yellow and black zebra stripes on the front and rear sides
duly marked for night time driving/parking suitably by red lamps at the front and rear and red flags on both
the sides during day time to indicate the extreme position of the vehicle clearly.
xiii. The transporter will ensure that road tax have been paid, fitness certificate, insurance cover(including Third
Party Insurance), National Permit, and PUC have been obtained in respect of all the vehicles to be utilized
during the above movement.
xiv. Each set of vehicles for transportation of Stator will consist of 2 Prime Movers.
xv. No change will be made in the Registration Certificates of the Trailers and Prime Movers as they are already
registered in the State of Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Haryana.
xvi. In case of issues arising of any vehicle(s) or part of vehicle(s) out sourced from other registered owners, the
transporter shall be responsibility for the same.
xvii. Any issue of any nature arising during the transportation of subject consignment shall be the responsibility of
the transporter.
