NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th November, 2015
S.O. 3268(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37 A) of section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989
(24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby notifies the projects mentioned in Table below as Special Railway
Project in the state of Chhattisgarh Maharashtra Madhya Pradesh and Odisha for providing national infrastructure for a
public purpose with effect from date of Publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
