NOTIFICATION
Jaipur, the 13th December, 2019
S.O. 4598(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (6) of section 20 F(6) of Railways
Act, 1989 (2 of 1989), (hereafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby appoints the
arbitrator mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to perform the functions as such authority under the
said Act, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the
special railway project, namely ‘Development of new coach care Facility at Bhatesari’ in the State of
Rajasthan relating to the district mentioned in column (3) of the said Table for the purpose of execution,
maintenance, management and operation.
