NOTIFICATION
Jaipur, the 24th August, 2016
S.O. 2780(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of section (2) of the Railways
Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2) of the
Table below as ‘competent authority’ to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of the Special Railway Project
of Doubling of Alwar-Bandikui (60.37 Kms) in the state of Rajasthan relating to District mentioned in
Column (3) of the said table for the public purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of
such Special Railway Project.
