Jaipur, the 12th September, 2019
S.O. 3409(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of section 2 of the Railways Act,
1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorize the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table
below as “Compentent Authority” to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of the special railway project
of Gauge Conversion of Jaipur - Ringas – Sikar – Churu & Sikar - Loharu in the State of Rajasthan relating to
District mentioned in Column (3) of the said table for the public purpose of execution maintenance,
Management and operation of such special Railway Project.
