NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 3rd May, 2016
S.O. 1716(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Joint Collector, Ananthapuramu as
the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date
of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km.424/670 to
487/693 of the National Highway No.67 for building (Widening/ 2- lane with paved shoulders etc.),
maintenance, management and operation in the State of Andhra Pradesh as specified in the Schedule given
below.
