New Delhi, the 6th July, 2017
S.O. 2136(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National
Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. No.
2043(E) dated 14th August, 2008, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3,
Sub-section (ii), of dated 14th August, 2008 namely :—
In the schedule to said notification, after Serial number 1, District Palghar before column 2 relating to
Competent authority, the new entry "3. Sub-Divisional Officer, Vasai" shall be inserted in column No. 2,
"Palghar" in Column No. 4, "Vasai" in Column No. 5, "Manikpur" in column No. 6 and "1. Maljipada" in the
column No. 7 may be inserted.
