NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th October , 2017
S.O. 3385(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in
column (2) of the Schedule annexed hereto as the competent Authority to Perform the function of such
authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official
Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said
Schedule relating to districts, taluka, police station and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7)
respectively of the said Schedule for "Rehabilitation & Upgrading to Two laning with paved shoulder /Four
laning Configuration of " The Highway starting from junction with NH-361 near Kalamb road - Ralegaon -
Kapsi - Siasgaon - Vadner and terminating at its junction with NH-44 near Wadki in the state of
Maharashtra.
