S.O. 182(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in
the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways number
S.O. 389(E) dated 15th Feb, 2011 & Subsequently amended vide S. O. No. 1279 dated 31st May, 2011,
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) namely:
In the preamble to the said notification, for the words “Special Land Acquisition Officer,
National Highways Authority of India Chitradurga”, the words “Special Land Acquisition Officer,
National Highways Authority of India, Hospet” shall be substituted.
