New Delhi, the 9th March, 2018
S.O. 1075(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes Special Land Acquisition
Officer, Lucknow as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with
effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land
from Km. 0.000 (Km. 15.650) of NH-28) to Km. 87.000 & Km. 97.000 to Km.104.500 Lucknow Ring Road
for building (four lane etc.) maintenance, management and operation in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
