NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th February, 2017
S.O. 877 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), (hereinafter referred as the said Act) and in supersession of the Notifications of the Government of
India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 1571 (E) & S.O. 1572 (E) both Dt. 28th April 2016 except in
respect of the things done or omitted to be done before such suppression, the Central Government hereby authorizes the
officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions
of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette,
in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to
districts, taluka, police stations and villages mentioned in columns (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule
for building (widening Two/four laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of the National Highway No.211
(New NH No.52) Yedshi to Aurangabad & Aurangabad to Telwadi Section, NH-752 E Aurangabad to Paithan & NH-
